Description:
Dallas based client is looking for a Data Analyst. This is a full time position.
Qualified candidate will have the following:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent written skills to document procedures
Responsible for requesting information from client partners and tracking that this information is given in the required format.
Understanding of basic data structure files and data transmission
Basic SQL or MS Access skills
Ability to create project workflows and track these thru completition
Act as a liaison between corporate and clients for any technical requirements
Interface with the development team for data integration with new and existing partners
Will work close with corporate non technical team with new and existing partners
Work closely with other internal departments to make sure all data requirements are being filled:
Reporting numbers to vertical leads and Finance
Liaison with the coaching team to make sure there are processes in place for coach reporting

Ability to learn internal system and provide tier 3 technical support to the Help Desk.
Experience with SQL query reports/Crystal reports
